This 1-bedroom suite, in the back of the building shown above, was recently renovated and you can rent it in combination with the other apartments if more space is needed or by itself. Sleeps 3.
Access between the combined units is easy. A beautiful Victorian living room looks out over Western San Francisco and has a fireplace converted for gas usage, victorian light fixtures, newly refinished oak floors, new carpet and furniture, flat panel HD-TV with DVD/CD/MP3 player. The bedroom has one double bed and one single bed above it. Bathroom with shower. Linens, towels, soap. Lots of closet space. Laundry room shared. Minimal kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric tea kettle, dishes, cutlery as shown in the 3rd picture below. Perfect for a quick snack and beverage. Many good and reasonable restaurants one block from here on famous Fillmore street. If rented in combination with the garden apartment or by itself, the entrance is in the rear after 1 flight of stairs. If rented in combination with the Victorian Flat, it uses the same street entrance as the flat. Recent reviews.

RATES: (7 nights minimum)
$75/night+$10/night for each occupant. 20% discount after 14 nights. All occupants are charged for all nights.
Example for 2 persons: First 2 weeks 75+2x10=$95/night. Then less 20%=$76/night. We charge for children of any age but will supply a Graco Pack'n Play crib+play yard for infants.
 Your occasional overnight guests @$25/night each.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 for stays of up to 4 weeks. $500 for longer. Refundable within 3 days after departure.

TELEPHONE/INTERNET: No charge for local calls. Use a calling card for long distance. Optional secure wireless internet connection @ $3/night charged for all nights of your stay.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. To prevent allergic reactions for guests after you.

APARTMENT VIEWING: It is generally not possible to accommodate the many requests to see the apartment because of frequent occupancy and/or time constraints. We believe our site contains everything needed to make an informed decision. Many others already have reviewed it for you.

RESERVATIONS OR INFORMATION:
Please reserve or request information at sfapt@sbcglobal.net. Rates are as shown on this web page. Your reservation should be guaranteed with a security deposit, as quoted above, via the PayPal internet payment system which accepts credit cards. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after departure. We will confirm your reservation shortly after receipt of deposit and at the same time send information about how to gain entrance to the apartment. To make the deposit, click here and fill in the appropriate deposit amount, then click "update totals" and "continue" for credit card use or log in if you have an account.

RENTAL PAYMENT: The rent is due by cash or secure check in the morning following your day of arrival. For credit card use you can follow a link in your confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS: The apartment was taken off the market at the time and for the duration of your reservation. If you cancel, we will make every attempt to re-rent the unit but if we don’t succeed you will be charged for half of any unsold portion of your reservation. No credit for early departures or partial cancellations that shorten the stay to less than the required minimum. No-shows will be liable for the full value of any nights we cannot re-sell.

IN GENERAL: Check-in after 4:00pm and check-out by 10:00am, but we'll be flexible if there are no other rental commitments immediately prior to or following your stay. We have a no-smoking and no-pets policy to prevent allergic reactions for future guests. Since this is a residential neighborhood, it is expected that the renter will not make excessive noise that would disturb others. Except for the first night, guests do their own housekeeping and re-supply the apartment as needed. The apartment should be left in reasonably neat and clean condition. For your occasional overnight guests the charge is $25/night each. From time to time we may make changes in our rental terms to reflect market conditions and such changes shall not effect existing reservations. Making a reservation will mean that you have read this page and agreed to the contents.
